ayang55 Posted October 13, 2014 Report Share Posted October 13, 2014 I just received my McGill ID in the mail and tried to log in right away with my birthday as PIN, but Minerva kept telling me that my log in info is incorrect. I then clicked the 'forgot ID' option, so that they could send my ID again just to make sure it's right, and when I tried to log in again Minerva said my account has been disabled. I sent IT a message, and will be calling in once the office re-opens. But in the meantime has anyone here had this experience or know what happened?
