Nope, none of the Ontario schools limit the amount of data available to this year students, all applicants are treated equally and are in the same pool of applicants!

Could you show me where this is specified, I am almost positive that UofT states that they do no discriminate.

Does this mean that a 3rd year with a slightly imperfect GPA (ie, 3.94, instead of all the 3.99 and 4.0s I see 3rd years on here having) but a relatively strong ECs comparable to those of 4th years have a decent shot?

I wouldn't consider a 3.94 slightly imperfect, however it is a very competitive GPA. If you have strong EC's and a strong MCAT you should have a decent shot. Keep in mind that without knowing your mcat score or your EC's I can't say much about your shots.

tbh, I don't even know what is a competitive GPA anymore. I've always thought 3.9 was really good, but now  UofT's avg is 3.94 and UofO apparently don't even give interviews to below 3.95 anymore?
