Almighty Saguaro
Sorry if this has already been discussed before! For the CASPer questions, is it generally understood whether the aim is simply to answer the questions as posed or is the applicant to explicitly tie it back to his/her personal experiences, ECs, etc? vcklo
I don't think anyone really knows, but I would think it's advantageous if you could do both in the time alloted.
km2kenne
Based on what I know and my experience with CASPer (3rd time writing, got interviews both times previously), you shouldn't force your answer to relate to your ECs or other qualifications. If it seems like a natural thing to do, go for it, but that's not what you're being evaluated on. They're specifically trying to look at qualities that they don't get from the other parts of your application.

This was my suspicion but I just wanted some form of vaildation, anecdotal though it may be. Thanks!
