Updating Verifier Contact Info?

Does anyone know if there is a way to update contact info (phone number) for a verifier? My verifier changed his number and so the one on my application is not correct. So incase they do call I'd like to have the correct number. I called omsas and they said they couldn't update it and didn't seem to think it was a big deal, but i'd really rather have it be correct. I know UBC allows you to update verifiers online yourself

 

Anyone have any experience with updating verifiers in your autobiographical sketch after submitting?

Where can I do this there? The only option I see is changing referee information.

I guess the option to which you are referring would be the closest. If nothing else, you'll be able to get the message across (and have it recorded, in case it comes up later).

Turns out they won't let you update verifier info. They said universities would just contact you if it's wrong and they want to check it.

Yup, I can confirm this. Called today to try and change a phone number for a verifier. Lady said schools will contact the applicant if they wish to reach a verifier but are unable to.
