What I gathered from the MCC website is that your score is an average of all stations. I do believe the last-minute question the examiner asks after the buzzer makes up a minority of your total station score.

 

If all you missed is a last minute question and a physical exam, I think you'll do okay. A pass is 475/950, ie 50%.
