Deciding Whether To Take Manual Dexterity

Hello there,

I know many of canadian schools dont look at manual dexterity (eg. toronto, ubc, etc.),

but schools, like uofalberta, look at manual dexterity.

I want to apply to uofT and McGil, but keep a door open for UofA, so I want to do a manual dex part.

However, if I do bad on that part and apply to UofT. Do they look at my dex part, negatively affecting my application?
