Mike4Med
Does anyone know how many people were interviewed this year?
xcon2run
I could be wrong but I think around 300 maritime and ~70 OOP are interviewed? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but those are the figures I seem to remember.
penguin04
They say on their website that between 50-60 OOP are interviewed each year. I'm not sure about this year's exact value. *Edit*: Website actually says the top 50-55 OOP are interviewed. I guess it changed this year!

FrankTheTank
Well, there would have 12 per track, and in Halifax 2 time slots*2days, and I think we were in in 5 or 6 groups (so 5/6 MMI's running at once....we had numbers on our name tags) so thats nearly 300 in Halifax, plus SJ people? At SJ there was 48 people per session and either 3 or 4 sessions, so it sounds like there was >400 that interviewed in total?
Mike4Med
I'm thinking closer to

penguin04
I'm going to say it's closer to 350. If you check statistics in the AMFC Admission Requirements documents, including the most recent edition (https://www.afmc.ca/pdf/AdmissionRequirementsfor2015_en.pdf), the number of candidates interviewed hovers pretty consistently around 350... Theoretically it could always jump by 150 interviewees, but that's pretty unlikely.
