Hopeful
I have looked up what a Canadian passport sized photo is and the government of Canada site says 2" by 2 3/4" That's all fine but when I put my photo up beside my true passport the photo is much larger. Can someone clarify what a passport sized photo is?
coldpizzahotsriracha
I'm pretty positive they just say passport-sized photo just so that you don't bring in a big 4 x 6 or something (although Western requires one). It's just for record-keeping purposes anyway so I doubt the exact size matters!
astudent
Does anyone know if it has to be on a white background like passport photos? Or can it just be a faceshot of you from anywhere? as long as the size is that of a passport and it features just your face? Do most people go and get passport photos done and submit those ? rcdcalgary
Are you guys taking this as meaning "passport photo-sized photo"? Because I took it as "passport-sized photo" and printed some 3.5x5" photos...
Fleming
Are you guys taking this as meaning "passport photo-sized photo"? Because I took it as "passport-sized photo" and printed some 3.5x5" photos... Definitely the former. The term "passport-sized photo" almost always refers to the size of the photo within the passport.
