Sounds like Western is kind of a black box after interviews but I'm assuming that ECs and reference letters must play into the final decision... bbsare Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 No one really knows how big of a role things like references, GPA, and MCAT play post-interview, as Western hasn't given any difinitive criteria. Given that the interviews are closed file, you can rest assured that the interview itself will play a large role in the final decision. There's quite a variation of stats on the acceptances page from the last few years, so take that however you want. Anyways, I wouldn't worry much about references at this point considering there is nothing you can do about it now if you've already submitted them.
