Clinical Volunteer

Hey everyone, I just need a basic understanding on what exactly is classified as clinical volunteering. I've volunteer from a day surgery department to an overnight emergency department through patient discharges to managing crowded waiting areas/guidance in the ER. Would this be classified as clinical volunteering?

 

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
