MedED
Hello, The mere thought of being wait-listed is very unpleasant. So, I thought we could post here with any information that might relieve stress if any of us are waitlisted! I have some general questions: 1. Does anyone have any information on how many people are generally waitlisted per group (i.e for OOP, NS, NB, PEI?) 2. How much does the waitlist move per group? I'm assuming there is much more movement in OOP than let's say NS, but does anyone have any numbers? Thanks!

penguin04
I just got waitlisted from OOP (72.53) score. Does anyone know how much the waitlist has moved in past years, especially for OOP? Apparently the OOP waitlist moves quite a bit, particularly in May when the other schools release their results. Good luck! PS does anyone happen to know what the average accepted OOP score was? Just curious...

BillNye
So the OOP average acceptance score was lower than IP? I wonder if they mixed it up.

_ _
I double checked my letter for OOP, definitely adds up to 79: Average GPA = 3.9 (14/15) Average MCAT = 33 (9/10) Average Supplemental/Essay = 24/35 Average MMI = 32/40 Perhaps it has to do with the discretionary points and the Maritime connection? nsgirl13
the average supplemental score was ridiculously high for NS, 28/35 It's what got me because I was at the averages for acceptance in the other catagories Yeah same.. I've never heard it be higher IP though.

OntarioStudent29
Where is everyone getting this score breakdown from? Based on the letter through the email we received today, I don't have this information...
statsin
Rejected (NS) 71.02 I have seen some 71s being waitlisted. Curious at what decimal point was the line drawn!
Valleygirl
I'm a waistlisted OOP (72.77).

MarsRover
I wish instead along with the average accepted stats they would just post the minimum score to be offered. It would be a lot more useful for waitlisters and also for future applicants. Average acceptance score is less useful.
DrNick
Yeah I agree 100%. That average could still exist even if the minimum acceptance was really low. Hard to gauge for sure....
