I think there is a table in the OMSAS application booklet posted on the OMSAS website. Download the pdf document and look for a table at the back of the doc.

Of course you will probably need to call OMSAS to see how your school's grades will be converted. I know that all of the Canadian schools are represented on that chart but I don't know what you can do with American grades.

 

Shanna - one thing that you should probably look into: I know that most Ontario schools have fairly strict rules about 'traditional' and 'full time' school years. (ie five full courses between Sept and April = 1 year for GPA purposes). I know that you mentioned that you were a bit 'non-traditional' in your course of study....so you might want to look into this now rather than later....just a suggestion....I know lots of people that have been burned in this department!
