I'm looking for 1-2 clean, respectful med students to join my townhouse (by the Golf Course!) close to mac. It is a 15-20 minute walk to McMaster and a less than 10 minute bike ride. One room is specifically for Regional Campus students looking for a short stay in Hamilton for MF1. The house is fully furnished. Rent is all-inclusive (i.e. no charge for internet, hydro, etc). There are 2 rooms now available. The regional campus room is taken. The house is fully furnished. Rent is all-inclusive (i.e. no charge for internet, hydro, etc). There is lots of parking. Rent is $700 for the room upstairs (Photo not currently included; will upload soon). Rent is $750 for the basement room with a private entrance. 2.5 bathrooms. 2 fridges. Washer/Dryer included.
