Should I be putting information about what responsibilities I had, or what I learned from the experience/skills I used? With only so few characters (150), I feel as though I am unable to tell the adcom most of what I would like to, regardless of what format I follow. I also have some activities that had different components (for example a sports team where I competed and volunteered) so I'm considering just making them separate activities.
