BTJJ Posted January 8, 2016 Report Share Posted January 8, 2016 I still count in pounds; current bench press is 225 lbs. My high was 310 lbs over 20 years ago. I won't ever get back to the 300 range, but I'm hoping to hit 250 lbs this year. At my present age (45 years old) the other exercises have too high a risk for injury. I don't know my exact amounts because I only did high weights a few times when I was working with a personal trainer a few years ago. I bench pressed around 195lbs and I cleaned around 235lbs.
