I was already done with school and my masters and had that condition attached. As for finishing your masters, best to ask the department directly tomorrow as they will be able to tell you this (it might also be written in your letter). Congrats!

It means to maintain your accepted condition, you need to respect certain conditions like : keeping similar grades, not failing a class, etc.

Condition is to complete whatever degree you were doing and/or get your immunizations done. You don't need to maintain similar grades btw.
