Ubc Mot Looking For Roommate

Hello! I am very excited to be moving to Vancouver from Ontario to start an MOT program at UBC! I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at 5828 Thunderbird Blvd. It's a 5 min walk from UBC hospital.

I'd be looking to split the rent, so you'd pay $1300/month (utilities included) for a furnished room. Price could be negotiable. I have a greyhound, so anyone interested would have to be fine with a big, lazy, goofy dog that sleeps 18-20 hours per day. She doesn't bark, and I'd be happy to provide testimonials from my past roommates.

My spouse is moving to Seattle for a new job and he will be visiting most weekends. We're tidy, quiet, outdoorsy people who love to ski.
