Ajapai
I'm currently on the executive of two clubs, volunteer at a hospital and have a research position. Recommend me some fun extracurriculars to do in Ontario. What have you guys and girls had success with?

You don't need to volunteer at a hospital and take on undergrad research to get into medicine. Such a major misconception.... What are your interests? Heisenberg_
Do something you like and do it WELL. It doesn't need to be medically related at all. If you follow your passion(s), you will come across as genuine. If you also find a way to objectify your achievements for your passions (e.g. awards, moving up in 'rank', etc.), it adds a lot of credibility & helps you stand out. Unfortunately, applying to med school is a bit of a game at times but don't let that force you to limit yourself to cookie cutter EC's.
Ajapai
I enjoy volunteering, especially in a clinical setting. Am I currently doing enough ECs for medical school? I forgot to mention I was the leader of two clubs in high school and on the executive of a third.

It's not about 'how many entries' you can squeeze into your ABS but more so the hours you put in/commitment you are showing to those activities. The things you have listed sound like typical 'cookie cutter' EC's but if you can show passion in those activities, there is nothing wrong with that. Just make sure you are genuine and doing those activities for reasons besides 'fluffing up' your med school app.
