I'm not sure about the US questions, but for ON, your mcat would not stop you at U of T and possibly Ottawa (depending how they use the mcat next year). You would also want your wGPA to be above 3.9 for these schools. The 125 in CARS makes Western, Queens and Mac pretty unlikely. Other schools in Canada are also unlikely as an OOP applicant. If you think you could do better in CARS, I would strongly suggest rewriting and aiming for 128+ (but if you decide to do this, make sure that you know how US schools look at retakes-I think they look at them differently from Canadian schools).
