slickvic
cGPA: 3.95, 2 year: 3.95 Mcat: 128, 125, 129, 125 (507) ECs: 38 entries, very good based on many feedback Do I have a shot with my unbalanced mcat? I knew CARS would be my downfall, but Psych/soc was totally out of left field, lowest i ever scored on that section. I've seen people get interviewed with 125 CARs, im just worried my poor score distribution will affect my chances badly... On the other hand, I also feel like not much weight (if any?..) is given to psych/soc sections yet because its not possible to compare the new and old mcats Thoughts?.. Class_Historian
I had a 513 (131/125/131/126) MCAT score and was not invited for an interview. My guess is that you need a 127+ in 3/4 sections with a decent combined score in those three sections. I had a weak sketch though so I don't know...hope this helps.
