during the orientation Dr. Aoki said that oop would be ranked with the in-province applicants. :eek

 

is this is change in policy?

Hi Winnipegmedder,

 

I don't think so. According to the information bulletin approximately 10% of the spots OPP. That works out to be about 8-9 spots. :)
