Radiology Text

Recommended Posts

I am a post doctoral fellow (PhD) doing neuro MRI research. I know a reasonable amount about MR physics, but beyond obvious tumours, T2 hyperintensity, focal lesions (MS), etc. and basic anatomy, I have no idea what I'm looking at. I know I won't know as much as a radiologist, but I'd at least like to have semblance of a clue of what I'm talking about. Maybe get to the point of a mid-radiology resident level knowledge eventually.

A general radiology text would be good because it would probably cover the basics of neuro, but really my interest is in neuro.
