Fellowship Interview - Do They Not Repsond To Thank You Letter/ Email

I am wondering if anyone who applied to MSM got a email back when they said a thank you email. 

Or is this not a norm for CaRMS

I didn't send emails and it is not needed, nor does it help you. Committees usually sit down right after the interviews to create the rank list. While emailing on your behalf is a nice gesture, they are not obligated to email you back, nor will it have any bearing on your application. Likely there are no rules against emailing back.
