Ip Verified In Portal=Interview?

I am IP, and my portal shows that this status has been verified by admissions. Does that mean I may be getting an interview? Presumably they would not bother verifying IP status if they didn't want to offer an interview?

Mine appears as verified since before christmas I think so I don't think it is an indicator. (Also my GPA is low so I doubt I'm getting an interviw)

It does not mean anything rather than allocating applicants to the right application pool they belong to.

Like Mohammed said, it only confirms that they verified if you are an IP or OOP. Interview updates will probably show on the status by next week. The link Bellow should help you understand the code of each decision.
