aspiringdentist
Hi, I want to start preparing for the PAT section of the DAT, but I am not sure what resource would be best to use. For those of you who did well on PAT, what resource(s) did you find really helped prepare you? Thanks.
DMD21
I only ever used Crack the DAT for the PAT section and got the 92%ile and 100%ile when I wrote it. I found it to be useful with the 5 tests that come with the basic package. Many others have used Bootcamp and have had successful results as well. Since both of those are computer versions, you may want to buy the CDA manual that comes with a practice test so you can see exactly how the questions look on paper. WomboCombo
Echoing what DDS21 said, CDP and Bootcamp have been good. I also recommend doing some PAT questions on paper because it's quite a bit different than doing them on the computer.
dentkid12
Both are good, but I personally found bootcamp to be a bit more challenging. I also thought bootcamp had better learning materials
