Where Can I Find the R1-R7?

I have come across discussions of writing the top 10 life experiences in accordance with the R1-R7 core values for UofC Med, however, I cannot find these anywhere. Would someone be able to explain where I can find these? Are they the Technical Standards on page 32 of the 2017-2018 applicant manual?

It's in the application manual. I recommend thouroughly reading it beginning to end. If you still can't find them message me and I'll point you in the right direction. They are the non-cognitive attributes you are scored on. 6 metrics, and one overall academic capacity score. 

 

I'm only saying re-read the manual, because if you missed that you might have missed other very important points.
