ABS truncated/discontinuous multi-year entries

How should one enter (if at all) a multi-year, discontinuous extra-curricular/job (e.g. summer employment at the same company for 3 summers or sport seasons that span multiple months but aren't connected from year to year)?

Enter it as 3 separate entries from May to September for the three years? Or just enter the most recent?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Enter the entire time frame (i.e. May 2013 - September 2015) and then state in the hours or description that it was during the summer months only. Do not put it as 3 separate entries or only enter most recent. The former will be annoying/confusing to read and the latter will not give you the credit you deserve.
