Nurse Practitioner School

I applied to NP and got in  -- but decided to pursue another field because meds was my end goal. 

I am thinking of medical school but NP school seems much more appealing considering the short duration of the program. However, the majority of the program is online and I'm wondering how competent I will be in the NP role... I would also be able to work during this time. Do you know if it's hard to maintain a high GPA in NP school?
