Snowmen
From my experience, take what they say they have and substrate 0.1 or 0.2 or assume that they're talking about some wGPA formula.
Meridian
Are you finished undergrad or still working through 4th year ? If still in 4th year, continue to do what you can to raise your final GPA as you complete your degree. If already done, I don't think a few more courses (do you mean distant learning?) will help your GPA much. Some schools have a weighted wGPA formula (ie Queens last 2 years). Does that bump your GPA ? 3.83 is on the edge as competitive for Queens. Note that Sask only accepts 5 OOP for next year. The OOP GPA/MCAT threshold for an interview is absurd. Sask would be a stretch unless you have in-province status, MCAT is important for MAC and Queens and Sask. I would focus on MCAT for June. Do full length simulated practice tests.
