hellopeople
Is 1 week of prep sufficient? asking for a friend lol. Also is it crucial to time your responses for 7 minutes, or is it better to be more fluid with responses? PM me if you wanna discuss anything. FlameGrilledChicken
Some people will just need 3-4 hours to collect their thoughts and review some personal experiences while others will find that doing months of prep helps them be coherent and confident during the interview. I suppose it really depends on the person. If you're the type that feels comfortable talking with strangers then 1 week of solid prep is probably going to be more than enough assuming you also have a good set of personal experiences to build on. Time wise, I think its important you answer in a natural way but still be aware of your time. By this I mean, aim for talking for about 3.5 - 4.5 min but don't try to apply a rote strategy to every single answer. For some questions, there are definitely strategies you can apply but for others, Its important to come across naturally and not forced with your answer.
