If you did the program during high school the grade is most likely from the Explore program and not from the post-secondary institution. However, if you did the program during University there is a chance that the Cegep/University you resided in could have given you a grade that is transferable to your home institution. In this case, it seems as though it is a post-secondary grade and should be submitted with your other transcripts. "All Explore institutions issue an official certificate to program participants. However, obtaining a credit depends on whether the Explore institution is offering a credit and whether the educational institution that you will be attending in the following academic year will accept that credit.
