I am getting paranoid whether I completed the interview form right. Do you think its bad to complete the form twice? Thanks!

I was told that they just take the most recently submitted form that you submit.

I sent it twice and today i got a confirmation time for my interview, so im sure it's fine if you wanna send it twice.
