themuffinman11 Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 Hey guys, just wanted your opinions on my chances at UofT as an OOP student. I have a 3.77 cGPA on a 4.33 scale (my sGPA is a little higher than that), which I realize is a little lower than the averages but would a 26 AA overall on the American DAT make up for it? Thanks!
arkragon Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 I think your chances could be very very slim, but it MAY be possible. I'm not too sure what your GPA is on the 4.0 scale and what UofT looks at when they look at the American DAT, but based on solely my experience, I had a 3.71 cGPA with a 26 AA on the Canadian DAT. In addition, I also have a thesis-based Master's degree under my belt as well, which, in total, granted me an interview invite and eventually an acceptance from UofT.

If the 4.0 scale is just an A+ being converted to an A, then my cGPA would be ~3.73. Were you an IP applicant?
