MedCoachMD Posted March 23, 2018 Report Share Posted March 23, 2018 This is a great question! An average CV describes the activity well. A good CV integrates the CANMEDs roles into the description. Another thing they look for is whether you show an interest in medicine over a number of years, and not just the few years before the application needs to be submitted.
