Religion in an Interview - Redflag?

Recommended Posts

In my opinion, I would leave the religion out of it:

- you never know who the interviewer is and what his/her beliefs are in addition to any biases they may have against religions. Although they are not to bring in their biases, you could safely say your score in the interview may be unconsciously impacted by the interviewer

-as stated previously, you may want to save your time to include other relevant details instead. For example: what characteristic do you show in your role as a youth leader that may be brought forward in medicine? What impact have you had on the youth that may be exemplified in medicine?

If you feel it’s necessary to include in your answer, I’d just say «youth leader in the community center »

my two cents
