premed_67
Hey everyone! I have a question about choosing references. At the moment, I have asked my research supervisor, a prof that's taught me a language course, and a post-doc to act as my references. I'm worried that they would all be considered too "academic". If I ask one of them to emphasize my non-academic qualities, would that make up for it? Or do med schools actually take into consideration the position/background of your references and consider all of mine as just "academic". Any thoughts?
