Application delay if rewriting MCAT

Hi all, 

I’m a Canadian student and I’m rewriting my MCAT later this summer. I was wondering if rewriting will affect my AMCAS application processing. Would medical schools hold off my application until they receive my score?

If I submit my application before my MCAT score is released, would it mean my application is technically incomplete and medical schools would consider other complete applications before.
