You can still be accepted for a BSc at McGill, even if you've failed a cegep course. I wouldn't know for McGill Medicine though.

So I would need to make sure I pass the classes. (maybe extend to 2.5 years or summer course) but that wouldnt be a problem applying for biology or chemistry?

Shouldn't be a problem. I know someone personally you failed 1-2 classes and still got into McGill comp sci
