verbally_abused
Is it true that we have to do Course Substitutions for all prereqs? Or is it okay as long as we enter the courses as prereq provided that we give the full names and the codes of the courses? ps- I have no clue where to get "detailed week by week outlines of courses" V
Kaze
I believe so. I'm trying to confirm with Admissions. Still waiting for their reply. I think you can get the detailed outline from your course syllabus (if you still have it) or from the course website even if you took the courses in a different year (the syllabus shouldn't have changed that much). Don't take my word for it. I'll let you know when I get a reply.
Kaze
I just got the reply from admissions. It's recommended that you send them a detailed course outline if you're studying at an out of province school.

bladam
I just got the reply from admissions. It's recommended that you send them a detailed course outline if you're studying at an out of province school. can anyone confirm this? i just find it hard to believe that they want me to send in a detailed course syllabus for every prereq class when i'm sure i'm not the only one from my school who has ever applied...(i'm at queen's by the way)
Saberial
I applied last year and I didn't have to do this, I'm at U of C. I just stated what courses were prerequisites in the application and had no problem.

microbesarecool
I also applied last year with some prereqs from UofA and didn't provide course outlines. I checked out this year's application just for fun and it looks really different from last year, so I would still check with admissions. Good luck! avenir001
ya, it does look very different this year...it's annoying having to enter all the grades...but otherwise, it looks better...i remember all these + & - symbols from last year's application where u had to add/edit stuff...this application looks nicer and just more user-friendly
