bluewater
Hey, I'm writing my secondaries for some US schools right now. I was just wondering if we have to send our transcripts to each individual school or does AMCAS take care of that?
Tan008
you send your transcript to AMCAS and then they verify all your makrs and calculate your GPA (which is part of your primary application) and that entire applicaiton gets sent to the individual schools by AMCAS. long-winded answer yet again

anew98
Do we have to mail the transcripts to each school, or do we just mail one to AMCAS? Also, does the registrar's office mail them or do I?
justletmein
Registrar should mail official trancripts to AMCAS. To the OP, how are you filling out secondaries before your AAMC primary is verified? Is it just the few schools who send them before verification? anew98
Most school's primary apps are due Oct 15, and if my school mails them this week, they might not get to aamc on time, would that affect my application?
