You are right it is not a great score. Most Ontario Schools will look at your most recent MCAT score I think. So I mean if you really think there is a possibility of you doing worse if you re-write it, then I wouldn't. However with that being said, your MCAT will make it hard to apply to many schools that have strict MCAT cut offs, (Queens, Western), and since you are an OOP for Western schools you don't have much of a chance there even with your 3.9 GPA. UofC and UofA both take your best MCAT however, so if you want to re-write and score a 33+ then you have a good chance at Alberta schools I would think.
