deathvvv
I just got my application verified and all my courses that has labs is entered as 3 hours instead of 4! should i submit an academic review? Also, will the med schools be notified if they do change it? Thanks!
Monster
I would submit an academic change request...I feel like we're obligated to tell AMCAS if they've made a mistake. Otherwise, you are allowing them to submit an incorrect gpa to the schools..that would look pretty bad if the schools find out later wouldn't it? I submitted a change request and it was fixed in a day or two (granted that was at the beginning of July). I'm sure they would notify the schools about the change...otherwise what's the point of requesting the change? Just my 2 cents.
Madz25
when i applied, they put all my courses as either 3 or 6 credit hours. never 4 or 8. it didnt affect my application...at least i dont think it did!
deathvvv
hey guys thanks for the response. That is a big relief, seeing how some schools like Vermount list that they need 8 hours of science prereqs and all my prereqs are 6 hours even though I have both lecture and lab components
