joshto
I will be applying broadly (thanks to my 27s MCAT), and I want to know if there is anything specific that I can start doing now so that I will be able to submit my primaries as early as possible?? Alastriss
Seriously OP, I would strongly consider writing the MCAT in January. I had a lot of friends that tried with a 28 MCAT and 3.7 GPAs and had absolutely no success. Lets put it this way. The average matriculant had an MCAT of 30. I am not saying you should not apply at all, yet with someone who is so eager to start his application, I can only imagine that you are very adamant about medicine. I would use this to consider rewriting. If you want more solid advice, Go find LizzyM on the studentdoctor network forums, and see what she has to say. VTeight7
agreed. If you want "specific" advice, just re-write the MCAT asap. As for primaries, there's not much you can do besides start preparing your personal statement. It's not like they let you fill out the primary this early in advance.
