Most people on these boards got them finished their secondaries early to late august. If you are just handing in your primaries now, you won't be finished until late october at the earliest. You have some chance at those top tiers and a pretty decent chance at mid-top tiers. I wouldn't consider you a shoe-in though for the schools that I think you are looking for.
