Physics and GPA

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

Just a quick question..... I have done one HALF year of biomechanics during my first degree and wanted to do another half year but in a second undergrad degree at a different university. My question is does biomechanics even count as a Physics course. Also, will US school accept prereqs from multiple university degrees? Apparently US schools will take all the courses from both degrees when deciding on admissions....I also just wanted to know the avg GPA for admission to US schools.

Thanks

The average GPA varies from school to school. For Hopkins/Harvard I believe the average GPA is close to 4.0, while some of the lesser schools are only at 3.6-3.7 There is a chart somewhere on this site showing you the average GPA of acceptants for all north american schools.
