sparkles3288 Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 Probabl beause they need a certain number of people to register to offset the cost of booking places, hiring test examiners/markers, etc. Likely there aren't enough people that would register during this time due to school so they don't bother. supafield Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 I would guess some sort of administrative holiday... or they're really busy with something else like budgeting/planning/research and development, etc...
