RazzleDazzle
I have EK, it's nice and short, but it's just not doing it for me. My Orgo is pretty weak, and I need something with more elaboration. What would you recommend? TPR? Kaplan? Something else perhaps? Thanks.
The Law
If you're weak in orgo, I definitely do not think that EK is good enough. If you can get your hands on TPR orgo, I'd suggest that. It's far more comprehensive. Remember though... do not get bogged down on very tiny things. It's important to learn key principles in orgo and not memorize every little detail or you will get confused.
alliwantismed
Here's my recommendation. Since you're weak at orgo, start w/ Princeton since they're more comprehensive. Then, before you write the MCAT, review using the EK book. That way you'll get the best of both worlds.
alliwantismed
btw I'm speaking from experience. I was weak w/ physics so I used a friend's TPR book then reviewed using EK. I liked how EK cuts out all the nitty gritty details which you really don't need for the MCAT.
