beng Posted November 2, 2009 Report Share Posted November 2, 2009 if you read the FAQ quote from last year it does say that it must be submitted by midnight on the date of the deadline. That indicates to me that tomorrow at 11:59 is your last minute. I applied last year and submitted on Nov 3rd (a monday). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
