Salsalover99
So I have started studying for the MCAT and hoping to write in April and almost through the BS and noticed that I still have to get through the whole Orgo section <groan>. It's been so long since I've taken organic chem and I guess there are no shortcuts. I did read that there is more of an emphasis on molecular genetics than organic chem. This might be the only bright spot through this never ending tunnel. Do you agree? How many passages will there be on organic chem?
The Law
Don't cut through orgo. It's going to block you from getting really high scores IMO.
KamG
I got 3 orgo passages, I DEFINITELY would not skip studying for this section.
O'Neill
Organic chemistry is still emphasized as much as anything else in BS. Don't skip it or cut corners. I don't know how the rumor started that it was being phased out - it's not.
