globy321
Hi. When you log in to AAMC to write a practice exam, it gives a tip of " If, on average, you spend nine minutes on each Verbal Reasoning passage set, you will be able to finish the test in the 85-minute time limit." I thought the time limit was 60 minutes for the verbal reasoning and not 85 minutes. Why does it say 85 minute?

With the advent of CBT, the VR section is now 60 minutes in duration with a total of 40 questions spread over 7 passages. I suppose they haven't updated the information since the CBT.
